Customer Support Representative - Work from Home

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER  

Job Responsibilities

• Call existing customers to assist completion of online customer questionnaire and respond to queries
• Project a positive and helpful attitude to customers, in line with the organisation's quality customer response standards and processes
• Provide accurate and timely information.
• Data Entry

Requirements

• Good command of spoken English. Must be able to communicate effectively with English- speaking customers in Australia
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer management skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Able to work independently in fast-paced call centre environment.
• Customer service related work experience preferred but not necessary
• Familiar with basic Microsoft Excel
• MUST have own PC / laptop
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience

This is a WORK-FROM-HOME Contract position.

Online training will be provided. Full-time and part-time positions available, with potential to convert to permanent position.
