Restaurant Manager

Qualifications :

• Min : 2 years of experience at the same position
• Age : Max 40 years
• Excellent customer service skills, empowering leadership skill, problem solver, flexibility, good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, teamwork skills, excellent at restaurant daily operational, good warehouse and inventory knowledge, able to speak English.

Typical Job Responsibilities :

• Leading daily operational
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Agreeing and managing budgets
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Overseeing stock levels
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Taking reservations
• Problem solving
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
• Keeping statistical and financial records
• Assessing and improving profitability
• Handling administration and paperwork
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant

Placement :

• Flexibility based on company’s need between Jakarta, Bandung, Bogor and Tangerang
• Willing to relocate to any outlet.
