Human Capital Recruitment - Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manpower fulfillment process, such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding for all positions in all levels in the Company.
• Plan, develop, and organize all the activities to expand recruitment/sourcing strategy by exploring wide array of resources such as employee referrals, direct sourcing and third party firms/executive search.
• Develop, implement, and monitor overall recruitment system and process to support the team in processing, communicating and delivering results to users.
• Coordinate activities, provision and completion of all data related with recruitment, for parties such as Inter-HCA, Budget reporting, historical candidates processing database/applicant tracking systems, filling and other related report
• Ensure the efficient operations of the recruitment area by working cohesively and in consultation with the other members of the recruitment team.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Recruiter team member

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree
• Min. 5 years experience in Recruitment and Selection; with minimum 2 years in leader role
• Communications skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
• Conceptual and analytical thinking to have the comprehensive yet detail perspective of the recruitment process
• Have a thorough knowledge of key trends recruitment
• Experience with social media sourcing and applicant tracking systems
• Preferrably from Life Insurance, Banking other financial services
