We are currently looking for experienced Medical Engagement Lead, who are keen to lead all clinical research with responsibility for managing the Country’s operational administrative activities associated with any type of clinical trial, manage the interactions with the Principal Investigators, Investigator Site Staff, and other relevant stakeholders within and across studies. The medical engagement lead will also lead all non-promotional activities for GSK Pharma.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting and coordinating all in-country clinical research for the pharma products, ensuring appropriate expenditure, oversight, and maintain awareness of clinical research budget by track and report on spend to target
- Manage relationships, monitor performance, and utilize negotiation skills internally and externally to ensure maximum value from CRO and other vendors within and across studies.
- Identify issues, propose strategies and implement contingencies and risk planning to meet overall study/program needs to ensure on-time delivery of assigned studies
- Be point of contact for Investigators, CRO relationships (if applicable), voice of the customer and Investigator satisfaction feedback
- Identify management monitoring process checks linked with clinical trials activities that require inclusion in the LOC quality plan and performs Management Monitoring activities as assigned in the Quality plan

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
- Medical Graduate (MD or appropriate qualification in Indonesia)
- 3 – 4 years of experience in a multi-national company in a clinical operations team running Phase 4 studies
- Additional experience in running health economic & outcomes research will be a plus
- Capable of working across boundaries and functional areas, and competent in working in multicultural environment
- Understands analytics and project management
- Excellent in communication and negotiations skills, and proficient in leading and engaging cross-functional stakeholders for collaborations
- Independent, highly resilient, agile and is willing to stretch
