Job Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:


Identify new Greenfield and existing potential customers for flexible packaging investments.

Communicate and coordinate customer visits and closing projects with customer.

Previous experience in handling Flexographic Printing and allied products machinery and or Systems will be an advantage.

Monitor all customer activity as it relates to territory. Includes communicating customer needs and ensuring proper transfer of information, and timely completion of projects that will result in sales of DKSH Flexible Packaging Products

Coordinate technical management of customer projects with Technical Services department of clients

Prioritize customer projects within territory and communicate impact and/or changes to affected customers.

Prepare for, help organize, and attend sales meetings, industry meetings and relevant trade shows.

Liaise between customer, manufacturing and technical teams, and sites for effective and efficient flow of information and communication.

Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Technical Product Sales and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning
Job Requirements
Functional Skills and Knowledge


Minimum 5-7 years of sales & marketing management experience in printing & packaging industry

Experience in handling Capital equipment along with consumable sales will be helpful

Good understanding of the Flexible Packaging Market and a fair exposure in the Flexographic Printing Process and allied industries

Ability to distinguish and explain benefits of Flexographic printing Versus Rotogravure Printing.

Added knowledge / experience of handling Blown films , Multilayer films , laminates is beneficial

Bachelors / Graduation in Printing / Packaging / Mechanical Engineering or Science

Excellent project management and communication skills in order to effectively manage customer and inter-company activities that will result in sales.

Willingness to travel at least 50%
