Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Director of Public Relations and Marketing Communications

  • Manage global communications programme for the hotel
  • Manage the PR and Marketing Communications team to cover the global markets with PR activity, with the aim to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel, which in return contributes to the hotel revenues
  • Responsible for developing an annual strategic marketing plan through PR, partnerships, events, internal web and brand activation activities
  • Responsible to drive e-commerce solutions to achieve property’s web goals and brand visibility in various online channels
  • Work in accordance with hotel's financial forecast and budget, to maximise opportunities and support gaps in business
  • Sustain and grow brand reputation amongst public, professional and personal peer groups
  • Lead social media for hotel on; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Weibo, bloggers
  • Coordinate and manage all online content for corporate IND website and micro-destination-sites
  • Establish, strengthen and nurture local and international media relationships
  • Create and build on existing partners and influencers within travel, trend, media and society circles
  • Support global CSR programme for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and integrate new ideas for the local community
  • Secure opportunities, directs and attends hotel sponsored events
  • Develop promotions and events in collaboration with partners to enhance the hotel image locally and internationally
  • Attend society and media launch events across the city to represent Four Seasons, remain abreast of community trends and establish new contacts
  • Launch strategy and execution for new products as required
  • Develop and manage crisis management strategies as required
  • Be a leader both personally and professionally in consumer trends and public behaviours
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
  • Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, direct mail pieces, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
  • Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Be a brand ambassador to Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta at all times, both in and out of the hotel
  • Be a brand representative of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts when travelling on business
  • This position is valid for Indonesian Nationality only
