What your current role should be like:
- Ensure product requirements meet expected outcomes through focused journey research, facilitating smooth product acceptance.
- Conduct thorough research to understand and enhance the end-to-end product journey, ensuring an optimal user experience at each touchpoint.
- Manage the Product Requirements Document (PRD) process meticulously, capturing all necessary details to guide development and execution effectively.
- Apply technical and user-centered insights to inform product decisions, ensuring the app meets evolving mobile user expectations.
- Collaborate with UX and design teams to address user pain points and deliver intuitive, impactful solutions.
- Engage regularly with users and leverage mobile analytics to gather feedback, drive data-informed decisions, and monitor product success.

What will you do?
- Technical and Operational Expertise: Stay informed about the mobile app’s technical and operational aspects to make well-rounded, informed decisions.

What do you have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, with a focus on payments and B2B products as a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product development, from concept to launch and growth.
- Proficiency in market and customer research, product architecture, and roadmap design.
- Comfort working in an early to growth-stage company, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success, preferably in a Pre-series A company setting.
- Leadership qualities with a willingness to take calculated risks for growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for building outstanding products and solving customer and business challenges.
- Understanding of technology, coupled with a customer-first and business-first mindset.
- Proficient in project management, including the ability to establish clear milestones for each project.
