Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze and research information and data
- Formulate and test hypothesis, then develop and communicate recommendations
- Analyze and renew key aspect of business process and workflow to evaluate factors driving results and summarized into presentation
- Produced weekly & monthly reports 
- Communicate with related Team to keep data on schedule
- Implement recommendations in collaboration with other departments

- Min S1 in Finance, Accounting, or marketing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
- Strong Knowledge in business process & CRM
- Willing to learn, energetic, proactive, and good intercommunication skill
- Must be able to develop relationship at all levels of organization
- Good business acumen, able to develop analysis with good storyline and flow
- Good project management, problem solving, time-management, communication and presentation skills and able to work under pressure
- Excellent in English both oral and written
- Strong presentation and written skills. Able to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
- Create Dashboards for various departments: commercial, marketing, Finance etc using BI tools Metabase or Superset
- Understand requirements from stakeholders and translate them in easy to understand dashboards which can help the stakeholders in decision making
- Evaluate and propose existing BI tools and how we can improve them with the changing requirements
