• Process and verify payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations, deductions, and benefits
• Prepare and submit statutory filings (e.g., BPJS, tax, pension contributions) on time
• Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, income Tax and deductions
• Manage payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to data protection policies
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll workflows and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks related to payroll processing and compliance

• Experienced as a Payroll/Compensation & Employee Benefits specialist
• Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data
• Knowledgeable about labor laws and other regulations related to employment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and capable of providing data reports
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
