Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • The transformation of its current conventional approach to marketing towards a more digital, analytical, driven and personalized approach
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, mobile app, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email, social media and display advertising for all campaigns.
  • Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels
  • Developing and monitoring digital campaign budgets
  • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve digital marketing results.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Interfacing and coordinating with marketing communication unit on digital marketing activities and functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams
  • Management and direction of Digital marketing related vendors / suppliers (platforms, programmatic etc)
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies
  • Discussions with strategic partners in the digital marketing area (ie Facebook, Google, local partners)
  • Other teams and within Marketing and Digital team on strategy, roadmaps, planning and KPIs
  • Identify training needs and facilitate organizing these activities
  • Development teams to help implement the tools (Google 360/analytics etc) to optimize the marketing roadmaps and plans
  • Digital Marketing/HR with recommendations on people, talent, hiring, rotation & skills

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Over 4 years leading digital Marketing teams, agencies and directly executing campaigns via Google, Facebook, and Programmatic
  • Experience with Google 360 and google analytics
  • Over 8 years' experience in marketing and digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Degree in Computer science is a plus
  • Fluent in English
