Showroom Manager

We are looking for a "Showroom Manager" for one of our clients, a leading firm of building materials since 1976.  Products in their portfolio are: ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, fittings and bathroom accessories. Their partners come from Europe, USA and China therefore a conversational command of English is required. Currently our client got 6 showrooms over Indonesia and 4 hectares of warehouse space. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate teams to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  
• Manage showroom and make important decisions about the control
  
• Analyze sales figures and future sales predictions
  
• Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
  
• Assess and review staff performance
  
• Respond to customer complaints and comments
  
• Oversee special promotions
  
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitor local competitors
  

Requirements:

• Age 30-40 years old
  
• Candidate must possess at least diploma and/or Bachelor degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent
  
• At least 4 years of working experience in related field, such as retail manager or in other managerial position
  
• Strong working knowledge of management best practices
  
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Exceptional organization, strategic planning and leadership skills
  
• Strong style sense and an eye for merchandising
• Familiarity with data analysis and customer traffic principles
  
• Computer skills, including retail management software
  
• Selling, negotiation and presentation skill
  
• Willing to work on holidays and Sundays
