Showroom Manager - Semarang

We are looking for a "Showroom Manager" for one of our clients, a leading firm of building materials since 1976.  Products in their portfolio are: ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, fittings and bathroom accessories. Their partners come from Europe, USA and China therefore a conversational command of English is required. Currently our client got 6 showrooms over Indonesia and 4 hectares of warehouse space. 

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate teams to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Manage showroom and make important decisions about the control
- Analyze sales figures and future sales predictions
- Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
- Assess and review staff performance
- Respond to customer complaints and comments
- Oversee special promotions
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitor local competitors

Requirements:
- Age 30-40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least diploma and/or Bachelor degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 4 years of working experience in related field, such as retail manager or in other managerial position
- Strong working knowledge of management best practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization, strategic planning and leadership skills
- Strong style sense and an eye for merchandising
- Familiarity with data analysis and customer traffic principles
- Computer skills, including retail management software
- Selling, negotiation and presentation skill
- Willing to work on holidays and Sundays
