On behalf of a domestic and international real estate firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Financial Accountant.
Supported by institutional investors through Private Equity investment structures, the Financial Accountant will work alongside the Senior Finance Manager to manage and control finance within the business and provide accurate financial information. Additional responsibilities include;
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Assisting with delivering on all its statutory obligations – tax, audit, financial, company secretarial etc.
- Working closely with Investment team on cashflow and profitability forecasts.
- Assisting with delivering on all investor reporting requirements.
- Responsible for assisting with the financial management and governance of the residential rental business.
Requirements
- ACA/ ACCA Qualified Accountant, recently qualified or having 1-2 years experience within industry.
- Experience with the preparation or audit of consolidated financial accounts for multiple entities.
- Experience working in the real estate/ construction industry highly advantageous but not essential.
- Yardi and/ or ICAV exposure - highly advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with and present to CFO, Board of Directors and Investors.
