Our client is looking for a Logistics Administrator. They are a privately owned, international group headquartered in Ireland which operates across four main product areas: Heating & Ventilation, Consumer Appliances, Flame and Precision Cooling. About your new job
- Possesses strong administration and IT proficiency, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Previous experience in SAP is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exhibits excellent telephone etiquette and adept at handling inquiries from employees and clients.
- Collaborates effectively with team members within and outside the department.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures related to the role.
- Ensures that drivers are adequately informed of any pertinent information related to their assigned tasks.
- Willing to perform any other tasks as necessary.
What skills you need
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales representatives, other departments, customers, carriers, and shipping agents.
- Prepares and manages all documentation, including proof of delivery (POD), related to the stock's movement.
- Responds promptly to incoming telephone calls, emails, requests, and queries.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skills.
- Possesses a strong knowledge of the geography of Ireland.
- Shows personal commitment, effort, motivation, and initiative in all business dealings.
- Has at least one year of experience in administration.
