Description Kepak Ballybay, Ballybay , are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Co-ordinator Reporting to Site Maintenance Manager Role Description;

• General duties that impact the smooth running of the maintenance department
• Engaging with suppliers and contractors
• CMMS input and upkeep
• Manage weekly and monthly maintenance reporting requirements
• Compile required reports from CMMS and others as required
• Assist with the management of the safe work permit system
• Requesting and receiving RAMS from contractors and planning scheduled work
• Up keep of site engineering compliance folder
• Assist with site audit requests
• Work closely with Technicians to ensure that all purchase and stores procedures are followed
• Prepare a weekly report of work recorded against hours clocked in.
• Prepare a report on attendance as required by the Maintenance Manager.
• Assist site engineering manager conducting interviews of potential staff, meetings, presentations and site projects
