Job Description - Office Manager

I am currently seeking an Office Manager for our client who are a global leader of innovation. This is a permanent position based in Athlone with great potential for growth and progression within the company.

The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. This role involves managing administrative tasks, overseeing office supplies, and providing support to staff and management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Onboarding/Introducing new hires to the team and is

· Issuing contracts and ensuring new joiners have all the equipment they need and can log in on the first day, help them raise any issues with IT/facilities.

· Managing the relocation of international hires – processing employment permits, sourcing flights, accommodation

· Managing accommodation listings, overseeing all vacant and filled lettings.

· Supporting the arrangement of any team meetings or social events.

· Preparing and issuing invoices and general administrative support

· Purchasing of materials/refreshments for the office and ensuring adequate levels of stock in place.

· Act as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related issues.

· Coordinate with HR for employee records and benefits management.

· Arranging flights & Accommodation for CEO and CRO

· Liaising with the COO on a daily basis

Role Requirements

· Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
