Social Media Coordinator

Strive Asset Management is a new asset manager with the mission of restoring the voices of everyday citizens in the American economy. Co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy and Anson Frericks, Strive has attracted over $500 million in AUM in its first three months of operation.

Strive is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to help us grow into the world’s premier asset management firm for everyday citizens. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our social media initiatives. We are looking for an innovative and creative individual who loves creating content and has interest in staying up to date with the latest social trends.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, creative challenge solver, and a team player. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve Strive’s external messaging, engagement, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy for all Strive platforms and key executive online communication to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Draft and generate content and graphics daily to promote Strive’s brand, mission, team, products, thought leadership, corporate governance campaigns, etc.

  • Maintain content and social media calendars that align with and adapt to core business timelines.

  • Develop processes to track all content with compliance requirements and advise employees of approved messaging they can use for their personal social media accounts in a timely manner.

  • Engage with followers and client questions and comments, in accordance with compliance rules.

  • Collaborate with the Strive team and vendors regarding digital marketing campaigns, video content, etc.

  • Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance on a regular basis.

  • Develop a key ally/influencer engagement plan to maximize brand awareness and thought leadership reach.

  • Keep up to date on best practices and emerging trends that can benefit Strive.

  • Identify habits of Strive’s clients and suggest ways to reach a broader audience.

  • Update the company social media policy when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional experience running social campaigns required.

  • A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field.

  • A creative, out-of-the-box thinker, with a love for creating content and building an engaged online community.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Thorough understanding of social media management and strategy for a variety of social media platforms: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and others.

  • Graphic design experience and the ability to create graphics/media that matches the Strive brand quickly through platforms like Canva.

  • ”Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and a team player who embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to quickly learn industry advertising & communication compliance standards.

  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.

  • Willingness to work from/relocate to Columbus, OH
