What is the opportunity?
This is an interesting, challenging and rewarding role and involves working with many internal and external functions. Due to recent New Business Growth, especially in the Group Risk area, the team is expanding and it now pays approximately 1400 claims to our customers each month.
In this role, you will:
What will make you stand out?
You have an interest in helping people and in securing the correct claim outcomes for our customers. You also have an understanding of risk claims processes. You have a proven track record of being highly-organised and self-motivated with an ability to prioritise effectively, working both independently and as part of a team.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a strong attention to detail. You also have an interest in working in a medically-based, technical function. You have current and/or previous work experience in a Claims Assessorrole.

The Income Protection Claims Team assesses and pays all claims arising from the Company's Individual and Group Life Assurance policies. The Income Protection claims assessors manage a portfolio of Claims from both our Individual and Corporate Customers.
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration -exact frequency to be agreed with manager. #LI-HYBRID #IJ-HYBRID
