Deputy Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Lead to join a dynamic team in a heavy industrial and logistics-based environment has arisen. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to operational excellence. This is an onsite permanent position based in Dublin .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational delivery
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
• Analyse data and performance metrics to inform decision-making
• Support and influence financial & commercial operations, including exposure to P&L
• Drive and embed change initiatives across the business
• Continuously enhance documentation and process management systems
• Strategically plan for external factors

Key Criteria:

• Min 5 + years of operations lead experience
• Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic with a modern leadership approach
• Strong people management skills with a passion for developing teams
• Resilient and agile; thrives in dynamic and changing environments
• Forward-thinking and adaptable to evolving customer and team needs
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in operational challenges
• IT literate – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
• Experience interpreting and responding to data insights
