Operations Manager | Medical Device Start-Up | Ireland (Hybrid)

We're recruiting an Operations Manager for a fast-growing medtech start-up pioneering solutions in Neuro Medical Devices.

We're looking for a high-impact Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution functions as they scale. This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical part in ensuring their innovative devices reach patients safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Set up and scale cleanroom production lines
• Oversee subcontract manufacturing and production planning
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Manage supplier relationships and raw material planning
• Coordinate logistics and ensure full traceability of finished goods
• Support new product introductions and validate processes

What You Bring

• 10+ years in medtech operations (neuro-intervention a plus)
• Strong grasp of FDA QSR (21 CFR 820), ISO 13485 & ISO 14971
• Proven experience in process validation and risk management
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
