The Award Winning Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa Cork is now recruiting for a Night Porter to join our dynamic Front Office team!

Key Responsibilities

• To maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring the smooth and efficient service.
• To provide a polite and efficient porter service to all guests and customers of the hotel, with the objective of achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
• To ensure a consistently high level of security is well maintained throughout the Hotel.
• To ensure guest feedback is acted upon in a timely manner ensuring the relevant people are informed and that all necessary action is taken to prevent reoccurrences.
• To cover Reception desk at night providing all Reception services to guests.
• To serve any guests in the lobby area as requested.
• To assist in other departments when required.

A little bit about you:

• You have at least 1 year of previous experience in a Front Office/ Reception role/Nights (preferred)
• You are an energetic, customer focused individual who enjoys working as part of a dynamic, fun team
• You have excellent communication skills and an inviting manner
