Store Manager - Dublin City Flagship Store €55,000 - €65,000 + Extensive Benefits We at Zachary Daniels are recruiting exclusively for an amazing opportunity to work for a globally recognised brand seeking an ambitious General Store Manager in the heart of Dublin which is an iconic store to visit. This company is known across the globe and will not disappoint on the challenges and rewards it will offer to an experienced Area Manager or current Flagship Store Manager within the Fashion or Luxury sector. Duties and Responsibilities; Leading from the front on both the operational and commercial aspects of this large square footage store. Managing and development of a team of 70 Plus. Engage directly with the team of daily, weekly and monthly performance, celebrating success and recognising development ad hoc. Managing the delivery of product in and out of the store through planning, execution and communication. Working towards and exceeding on the store KPI's in a turnover over 10 million. Have a love for customer service, developing relationships and understanding of individual needs. Implementing and working with your management team to execute visual standards, showing creativity to wow your customers with an store experience. We are seeking a current Flagship Store Manager or Area Manager working in a customer and team focused environment that ideally is working in Fashion or Luxury. You will have experience of managing large teams and turnovers of at least 8 -10 million plus.
