What you will be doing

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Growth Product Manager to drive the growth of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product development, user acquisition, user retention, and monetization. As the Growth Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities, develop growth strategies, and implement initiatives to increase product adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse user data and identify growth opportunities for the product portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Work with the design and development teams to identify and prioritise product features that will drive growth
• Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and optimise them for maximum impact
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention
• Monitor industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our growth strategies
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and behaviours
• Manage A/B testing and experiments to optimise user engagement and conversion rates

Our Ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in A/B testing and experimentation
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization
