We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. To us, an HR Manager is a go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.The job of HR Manager is important to business success. Responsibilities
Design, execute and lead People Strategy consistently with the overall Walliance group Industrial Plan
Design the Organizational Model and Hiring Plan across different functional areas, business lines, and geographies
Ensure that Corporate Values consistently and continuously permeate the whole organization across different functional areas, business lines, and geographies
Constantly monitor Walliance well-being and implement potential remediation initiatives
Manage, coordinate and lead the HR team constantly reviewing the People Service Model to ensure that business needs are effectively and efficiently addressed
Lead and constantly adapt Talent Acquisition Strategy to ensure that new team members are effectively and efficiently selected and hired
Lead and constantly review Employer Branding Strategy
Execute and iteratively re-engineer Walliance Performance
Management processes to ensure an exceptional professional career development of all team members
Design and implement ad-hoc development plans with a focus on managerial roles
Plan, monitor and control the HR Budget
Select and coordinate HR-specific external stakeholders, with a specific focus on HR Admin
Manage and coordinate HR payroll and other related processes across all covered geographical areas in coordination with external professionals
Ensure proper labor law diligence and compliance with the support of external professionals

Problem-solving attitude and solution-oriented approach
Ability to multi-task and take responsibility in stressful situations
Ability to work independently, with an ambition to contribute to the project and improve existing processes
Hungry to change the world starting from changing the real estate experience
Interested in Fintech and alternative investments with a focus on Italian and EU markets

Full-time salary 50-65k RAL range

Professional development
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
