We are looking for a smart Performance Marketing Specialist based in Milan. You will be managing the execution of SEM activities with a proactive approach, analyzing their impact on business performances. Thanks to your think out of the box attitude, you will understand growth drivers and you will find ways to automate processes in order to scale volumes up.

You will manage the execution of SEM activities on a daily basis, working for increasing volumes balancing costs (Google search ads);
You will work on the building and maintenance of full-funnel strategy encompassing multiple platforms;
You will manage an external agency providing additional support in Google Ads and Amazon Ads;
You will run international performance marketing campaigns, specifically Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Bing Ads;
You will run both upper and lower-funnel email marketing campaigns through Hubspot;
You will coordinate Whatsapp 1:1 and remarketing campaigns through tools such as Charles;
You will analyze campaigns performances suggesting and implementing optimization actions;
You will monitor, report and bring insights on how to improve KPI’s Work with cross-functional teams to understand digital marketing impact on the company KPI and vice versa;
You will work with creative studio team and social ads team to have a consistent cross channel strategy.
You have a Bachelor or Master of Science in Digital Marketing, Engineering or Economics;
You developed a good experience (2 years) in Google search ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads in startups, scale-ups, agencies or B2C companies, with a proven track record of campaigns’ management;
You have an international approach and experience in managing performance campaigns covering different countries;
You have experience with Analytics tools, especially Google Analytics and GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot, Shopify and Data Studio.
You have an analytical approach and a ROAS-driven approach;
You are an Excel master;
You speak Italian and English fluently;
You can handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment;
You have a customer-first mindset;
You are a highly logical, analytical and innovative thinker, with excellent problem-solving skills and passion for data-informed decision making.
