We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Engineer/ Technical Account Manager who would act as a liaison between our customers and the brands we do represent. The person will be responsible for introducing the added value of our Arrow Digital Platform. The role involves consultancy, product expertise and customer service. With the input of your technical expertise around the electronic world.
Must Have’s:
- Degree or Equivalent in Electronic Engineering.
- Electronic technology knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills – Internal / External, verbal, and written English.
- Strategic Selling approach and business acumen.
- Understand business challenges and how to position technology/services to solve them.
- Present Technical & Commercial presentation to customers.
- Proactive, open minded, flexible, energetic, and continuous learner.
- Program Management - Operate in a matrix environment and using all available resources.
KPIs:
- Full customer ownership: Develop and execute customer technology & commercial strategy and plans based on greatest opportunities for growth, through fact-based analysis and in-depth customer knowledge.
- To maintain a strategic and field facing focus on the customers to drive engagement and concrete opportunities.
- Develop customer relationships at all levels, understand engineering careabouts, build customer technical profiles.
- Demand generation towards Arrow Digital Platform.
