We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join us for our next stage of growth. As Consultant in our team you will:

• work as part of a team across a wide range of energy and sustainability engagements
• gather, interpret, and use legislative and regulatory texts to develop evidence-based recommendations
• conduct research and contribute to client reports
• participate to client meetings and present regulatory insights to a wide range of audiences
• contribute to AFRY thought leadership and to the firm’s growth
• support senior colleagues in pitch and proposal preparation

Your profile

• You are highly motivated and passionate about the energy transition and sustainability
• You have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in energy consulting or industry
• You are educated to MSc level with a degree in Economics, Law, Political Sciences with distinction (≥ 105/110 or equivalent)
• You are detail-oriented and have an analytical mind and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and effective way
• You have an excellent understanding of energy sector policy and regulation 
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are proficient in both Italian and English language
• You will be operating in a commercial environment against budgets and deadlines so you will need to be a motivated self-starter, who is pro-active and has a business-oriented mind-set
• Virtually all the work we do requires teamwork, within projects, offices and internationally. If you are empathetic and enjoy working effectively with others, you will fit in well.
