CQV Project Planner (m/w/d) - Industrial, Science & Technology projects

The CQV project planner is responsible for the day-to-day management and reporting in terms of cost and risk for the project execution for the consolidation at the program level.

This is done in a systematic and controlled manner, enabling the project managers and program organization to be able to sail an ever better strategic course with ever better data and trends.

• Managing the implementation and maintenance of project processes for scheduling.
• Presenting schedule reports to the project management team and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborating with other disciplines to drive towards project goals in keeping with the client's principles of trust, transparency and teamwork.
• Maintain an awareness of schedule interfaces with other projects.
• Manage the development, change and improvement of the client Master Schedule providing planning expertise to the project and programme team.
• Identify, evaluate and provide solutions to issues arising.
• Manage the change process and analyze schedule impact.
• Incorporate relevant financial/quantity data in the programme to produce a project cost/time distribution profile and communicate results to relevant parties.
• Display and evaluate the project critical path and advise the project team of the results and any appropriate corrective action.
• Produce and maintain project baselines and execute the change control process as needed.
• Produce project reports or data directly from planning software (Primavera OPC) arranging data to ensure alignment with the financial software.
• Understanding and reporting on a project using earned value analysis techniques and interpret/communicate the results and any corrective action to the project team.

• Proven experience as equivalent CQV planning role in O&G or Chemical/Life Science industry.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite including MS Project and Primavera OPC or P6 version.
• Experience in Oracle/Aconex tools is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Italian & English with excellent reporting skills.
• Permanent staff preferred
