Job Description

What will you take care of?

You will be part of the HSE department, and you will:

• Perform all tasks required by the aforementioned regulations, particularly managing staff training, health monitoring, and protective equipment, ensuring compliance with respective deadlines.
• Take care of the implementation of environmental regulations and the ISO 14001 management system.
• Manage environmental aspects such as waste, atmospheric and subsurface emissions, external noise, etc.
• Handle AIA (Integrated Environmental Authorization) issues.
• Analyze and manage accident data and monitor near-misses.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in engineering. A master's degree or specialized courses related to Corporate Management Systems, Safety, Environment, and Quality are preferable.
• Experience and know-how: the ideal candidate has at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within industrial contexts; interest in topics related to health and safety in industrial settings; in-depth knowledge of regulations regarding workplace safety (Legislative Decree 81/2008).

• The employee will be hired through a fixed-term leasing contract .
• Compensation will be commensurate with professional experience.
