Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with inquiries including product information, orders, and services.
• Resolve issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through processes.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and customer experience.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
