Sales Analyst

The ContiTech Group Division develops and manufactures environmentally friendly, and intelligent products and systems for the automotive industry, railway technology, mining, agriculture, and other key industries, among other things. ▪Maintain sales and orders database updated

▪Produce sales reports and maintain sales records

▪Share market information with the sales team and corporate functions.

▪Support for sales statistical analysis: articles, average prices, etc.

▪Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested                                    ▪Communicate important feedback  to sales manager and/or other internal departments                                      ▪ Provide post-sale customer support                                                                                                                      ▪  Order Management  and Princing Management (price list upload and price analysis)

▪ Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred                                             ▪1- 2 years experience in sales administration, or a similar role                                                

▪ experience working with SAP

▪ exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

▪ proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software                                                                                 ▪ experience in working with international teams preferred

▪ proficient in minimum 2 languages, English and Italian is mandatory, french is considered a plus
