The House of Mercier is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist! This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the world, providing you with the flexibility and freedom to manage your own workspace. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate through their technical questions and issues. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient support and solutions. Responsibilities:
