Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 41 stores and online in 10 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “HR Operations Specialist (1 Year Temporary)” .

You will be responsible for*:

•Accurate and timely payroll and salary calculations.
•Accurate and timely payment of salaries and all other payments.
•Preparing all reports for the relevant month and carrying out reconciliations.
•Following up on recruitment and dismissal procedures.
•Completing and keeping up to date personnel files.
•Preparing all legal notifications accurately and on time.
•Conducting necessary correspondence with official institutions and organizations.
•Reconciliation of annual leave.
•Ensuring the consistent use of the leave and shift system and responding to incoming requests.
•Ensuring compliance with Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.

•Bachelors degree.
•Energetic with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
•Meticulous in following up on work and possessing strong supervisory skills.
•A strong communicator, solution-oriented, planned, and organized.
•Proficient in MS Office programs, with excellent Excel skills.
•Good knowledge of Labour Law, SGK, and İşkur legislation.
•1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
•Good command of English.
