Role Overview

As a Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operations within the finance team. Working closely with the Finance Director, you will focus on optimizing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic goals in collaboration with the finance department. If you are experienced in financial process improvement, risk management, team supervision, and treasury, you could be our ideal candidate.

Your mission:

• Oversee and optimize processes. Continuously identify, implement, and enhance financial and operational processes, with a focus on promoting automation and increasing efficiency.

• Support strategically. Collaborate with the Finance Team and other stakeholders to develop new projects, providing guidance on implementation in line with tax, accounting, and treasury considerations, while supporting successful product delivery.

• Manage stakeholders. Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive decisions.

• Data analysis. You’ll conduct data analysis to better optimize treasury processes and guide decision-makers. 

Your ideal profile:

• Relevant background. You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or advanced certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

• Relevant experience. You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance operations, including direct operational involvement and strategic decision-making.

• Knowledge of Financial Systems. You’re knowledgeable of accounting principles, and process optimization.

• Relevant skills. You’re a professional with strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills. 

• Communication skills. You’re an excellent communicator who can handle stressful situations and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Language knowledge. You’re fluent in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian, French or other European languages is considered a plus.
