Financial Accountant

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. More specifically: 

• Booking of AP/AR invoices and financial statements
• Aging report review and cash collection
• Preparation of payments in the bank system
• Preparation of the monthly & quarterly BS accounts review
• Supporting VAT declaration forms, other tax payments, VIES declarations, etc.
• Contact person for vendors, clients and other internal or external collaborators
• Support the Financial Accountant on the GL accounting processes

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Holding a bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• Holding at least a proven experience in accounting 3-5 years
• Having excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Able to use the SAP system confidently
• Detail oriented and proactive mentality
• Able to work both independently and within team
• Fluent in English with a good knowledge of French
• Eager to further develop your knowledge and skills
