Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg S.A. is engaged in the business of providing Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Advisory services for corporate and private clients. In order to reinforce its team, our Bank is currently looking for a:

(Senior) Client Centralized Services Officer (m/f/d) - Luxembourg

CCS (Client Centralized Services) is a key control component of the Bank.

The main objective of the department is the client Due Diligence from a KYC/AML perspective during the onboarding of the client as well as the ongoing reviews during the lifetime of the relationship.

CCS ensures timely execution of the AML/KYC processes in co-operation with Client Relationship Officers as well as with Compliance Officers and participates in the creation of clients’ satisfaction.

Moreover, the CCS also interacts with various other support functions within the Bank, including IT, Back and Middle Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of  department  processes  and business requirements
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to the customer onboarding and client due diligence process.
  • Opening accounts and maintaining  customer  data  in  the Bank’s systems Analyzing, inputting and  correcting  clients static data  and performing  compliance  checks for prospect and existing  clients.
  • Support client data related projects in relation to AML/KYC regulatory aspects.
  • University degree in Law, Economics , Business Administration or Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same field and/or investment banking and corporate finance in multinational companies, banks, law firms and/or medium/ large financial/brokerage institutions.
  • Strong knowledge on complex corporate structuring (multi-layers structures)
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

  • Analytical problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized and to have an excellent attention to detail.
  • Planning, organization and strong follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, team–oriented and hands on personality, comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
