Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Data Operations Specialist. In this operational role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data through meticulous quality assurance processes. You will play a key part in managing and optimizing data workflows, verifying data alignment with project requirements, and maintaining high standards for data reliability. Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Perform comprehensive checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Data Processing & Publishing: Efficiently prepare, process, and publish data while maintaining high standards of precision and quality.
• Collaboration: Partner with the product team to align data outputs with project goals and requirements, ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed and organized records of data processing steps, configurations, and quality assurance outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Educational Background: Technical certification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Facility Management. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in software support and operations candidates with over 3 years of experience will have an advantage.
• Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English is required additional proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Technical Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, tools, and technologies.
