About the Change Training Manager Role:
In this role, you will be championing the awareness of how new technology can drive better business results.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital and technology initiatives people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structure
- Manage and execute communication plan for digital and technology updates
- Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
- Develop and define the organisation change strategy to build a digital workforce
- Evaluate and determine technology competency gaps and needs by job functions and classifications for improvement
- Identify and assess the training needs of the company for Information Technology through business and job analysis in consultation with the Department Heads and Operation Leads
- Develop training programs/courses that will heighten employees’ knowledge and usage of various technology for decision support (data analytics, dashboard), collaboration (cloud sharing, video conferencing, time/project management, office productivity tool), digital processes (workflow, digital approval, issue/risk management), mobility (applications), business applications and cybersecurities
- Organise continuous technology updates to employees of emerging technologies e.g. Construction Technology, Cloud Computing, Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Block Chain, Virtual/Augmented Reality, Drones, Lidar/Sensors, etc.
To succeed in this Change Training Manager role, will be collaborating with the Human Resource department to update and organise yearly training programmes on technology.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree computer technology, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Additional education or training in fields related to education, training and business is an additional advantage
- Extensive experience in Microsoft’s range of software solutions.
- Certification in Training is a Plus, if Microsoft Certified Trainer much preferred
- Certification in COBIT/ITIL/TOGAF is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree computer technology, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Additional education or training in fields related to education, training and business is an additional advantage.
