Job Description

REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must preferably possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Building/Architectural/Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): MS Excel & Word, MS Project, AutoCAD
Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, initiative, independent and pro-active.
Good language and communication skill (both written and spoken).
Able to plan and organize site works independently, self-discipline, self-motivated, responsible and pro-active.
High level of integrity and willingness to work long hours.
Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Can start immediately.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall projects schedule preparation, resources planning & management in order to complete projects/works in accordance with customers’ PO & targeted completion date.
To supervise and manage all sites’ work progress including sites inspection, measurement, quality verification, specification compliance, drawing compliance & etc.
To implement measure to maintain work quality and improvement.
To enforce Safety & Health measures at all sites.
To prepare site progress reports, claim reports, attend site meetings.
To manage project claims, variation order, and manage project within budgeted cost.
To prepare monthly reports to Management Committee.
To manage Project Team vehicles, assets & equipment;
Possess effective skill and knowledge in reading plan, site monitoring and managing construction activities of related to c&s works/architectural works & m&e works.
Able to manage a site team and liaise with sub-contractors, consultants and architects.
Knowledge of Autocad, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office. Others acquired skill will be an added advantage.
Applicants must be able to work independently and good team player.
To undertake other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
