Hiring, training and developing new employees.
Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction
Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
Ensuring product quality and availability
Preparing and presenting employee reviews
Assisting customer whenever necessary.
Motivating employees and ensure a focus on a mission
Completing task assigned by general manager

Job Requirement

Degree or equivalent educational level
Stable work history
Must be self motivativated and possess the desire for self- development.
Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
Be team player.
Be dedicated to customer satifaction and a great customer experience.
