The company is a Singapore based company, offering a one-stop total logistics solutions.
Its expertise includes - Airfreight & Seafreight (Import & Export), Transhipment Cargoes, Consolidation Services, Custom Brokerage, Warehouse, Distribution & Packing Services, Projects & Exhibition Cargoes, Cargo Insurance and Warehousing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop effective customer relationship by providing regular feedback.
• Conduct periodic operational review with customers.
• Ensure shipment arrangements are made for customers and update shipment status to customers from time to time.
• Serve as liaison between customers and various internal departments and vendors where required.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain adequate records and prepare necessary reports timely.
• Monitor shipment movement; follow up with operations department, compile documents required for operations, follow up and ensure shipment moves smoothly and on time.
• In-charged of customs declaration
• Any other tasks by management
Requirements:
• Fresh Grads will be considered
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Possess problem solving skills
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Familiar with customs declaration
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
• Willing to work in Bukit Tinggi, Klang
