Job Description

KBB Burger & Steak is hiring an experienced sous chef!



The sous chef will assist in managing all kitchen operations, which include the food planning, scheduling, adn production processes.
Ensure the kitchen is always compliant with all standard operating procedures for food quality & regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation and cleanliness.
Help to train staff and line cook.
Control quality & consistency of l food served.
Directs proper sanitation of all kitchen facilities & Equipment.
Keep kitchen clean and organize every day by any business.
Ensure staff follows ecosure rules & procedures.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order.
Be on hands on control over daily food production.
Monitors safety in the kitchen.
Help to checks and controls prep & inventory lists for kitchen staff.
