Job Overview/SummaryThe Brand Manager contributes to the brand’s strategic planning process, by by developing and localizing the plan based on global strategies and translating these to action and execution.
The Brand Manager, plays a key role in the identification, coordination and development of strategy, category growth ideas and demand creation initiatives for the International markets based on attractive business cases. Specifically, the Brand Manager will be in charge of developing and executing business building ideas, brand building activities, new product initiatives and Integrated Communication plans to enable the markets to realize accelerated rates of growth.
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
Years and Type of Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Brand Management function in multinational set-up. Extensive experience in consumer products is preferred. International exposure is also an advantage.

- Strong strategic thinking capability.
- Highly analytical with creative capability and initiative.
- Persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas at all levels.
- Ability to work on cross-functional activities and form solid business relationships across functions
- Ability to take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution
- High attention to detail, excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability and willingness to work across multiple time zones
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business. Master’s degree would be an advantage.
