Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of related working experience at supervisory level.
Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Positive attitude, meticulous and a team player.
Capable of dealing with all levels of people within the organisation and provide HR related advice to the Heads of Departments / Management Team.

Conduct orientation programme for all new staff.
Facilitate and support performance appraisal review and play a significant role in managing the performance review process.
Prepare and submit monthly reports on time.
Handling staff grievances and disciplinary issues.
