Regional Digital & Consumer Relations Manager
Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Principle Objective of PositionPRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
o Strategies to deliver distinct upper and lower funnel KPIs.
- Responsible for Strategy, Planning and implementation of CRM and Digital initiatives across brands to grow lifetime value. This includes the entire consumer journey, from acquisition to retention and engagement.
o Drive monetization of acquired consumers by building a scalable path to purchase vis Ecommerce.
o Initiatives include email marketing, affiliate marketing, SMS campaign, social listening, etc.
- Help drive digital transformation across brands, test and learn across new tools to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Work with regional and global teams to ensure best in class practices are implemented effectively.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops and communicate a vision and strategy for the CRM function.
- Building and operating the requisite infrastructure to meet annual acquisition, retention, loyalty and other KPIs.
- Managing the resources (human and financial, internal and external) and relationships dedicated to the achievement of the agreed strategic goals for the CRM function.
- Understanding overall RB brand objectives and translating them into creative and strategic CRM initiatives.
- Leading in the development and execution of CRM programs, integrating people, process and technology, affecting different cross-functional teams (Trade, Medical and Brand).
- Identifying, tracking and analysing consumer data and insights, recommending opportunities at strategic and tactical levels to improve competitiveness.
- Drive Word of mouth Advocacy.
- Oversee and manage RB Call Centre by providing direction, supervision and guidance to Consumer Care team to ensure smooth daily operations and drive performance to achieve set key performance indicators (KPI) goals.
Digital Marketingoptimization.
- Drive and implement Digital Initiatives for all franchise keeping in mind Global guidelines. Digital Initiatives include website strategy and design, social media, mobile, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, etc.
- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across all digital consumer touch points to achieve key business objectives.
- Managing the resources (human and financial, internal and external) and relationships dedicated to the achievement of the agreed strategic goals for Digital.
- Ensuring all RB Brands messaging and key visuals is reflected consistently across all Digital initiatives.
- Partner with Regional Marketing for CRM and Digital to ensure strategic alignment with Global guidelines and objectives and on-time delivery of digital initiatives.
- Lead ongoing management of digital initiatives including website, social media, mobile, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, etc. and ensuring set KPIs are met and reviewed for
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Degree in any discipline. Degree holders of Communication, Marketing or related fields with working experience will be advantageous.
- Experience with focus on building consumer retention programs.
- Leadership of cross-functional teams and independently managing projects from conception to completion.
- Good communications skills.
- Must possess a determined to succeed personality and an analytical mind to be proactive and to be a risk taker.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, creative and independent.
