Penerangan Pekerjaan - CNC Milling Setter

Produce accurate, high quality components with maximum efficiency.
Accurately plan the production method and create programs when advised by supervisor to customers specification using available facilities.
Competently set and operate CNC machines using operating systems for each machine.
Plan and specify tooling requirements for production, including any jigs and fixtures or special cutting tools
Working with Supervisor, ensure machine processes are running at optimum efficiency with correct speeds and feeds.
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Fully skilled time with at least 2 years of CNC milling experience.
CNC setter / operator with experience of CAD / CAM programming.
Able to interpret engineering drawings.
