Job Description – Growth Marketer
As a Growth Marketer for a fast-growing company who revolutionizes the online catering industry, your main target is to generate new Leads. If you are a talented marketer that is driven by datas and always strives for excellence by using the best growth Strategies this role is for you. They are looking for a young, motivated and autonomous candidate that could really be able to make an impact on the business.
Key responsibilities:
Set the marketing strategy and budget to achieve the business goals
Work closely with other teams - Product/Designers on relevant projects driving growth and optimization of all Marketing efforts and also with the Key account Managers.
Manage the strategy and daily execution of our paid social, paid search, affiliate, native and display channels from large campaign initiatives through daily bid management.
Set up campaign structure.
Perform ad hoc analysis to identify factors that improve performance through the lens of both customer and revenue growth.
Partner with and drive creative development of assets for specific channels, including coordinating copywriting for ads/landing pages etc.
Explore new and emerging digital marketing & acquisition opportunities.
Provide insight into and report weekly on performance of each channel, evaluate and track key success metrics
Develop testing & learn strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance.
Develop, test, scale, and optimize Company Digital marketing channels (including but not limited to Facebook/IG, SEM, etc.) while managing the budget effectively and achieving desired CPA and Acquisition/Sales goals by channel.
Key Requirements:
B.A. degree with marketing, analytical or business emphasis.
Strong analytical skills to solve problems and creative tendencies to connect with your content/design team.
A hunger to drive results, iterate, and overcome obstacles.
Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (Facebook/IG and Google Adwords a must); a willingness to not just strategize but also own execution.
Prior experience working at start-ups companies preferred.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally to develop and deliver marketing campaigns. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) and data visualization platforms to manage results across multiple channels and inform strategy and decision-making, with a focus on incremental ROI.
3+ years of digital acquisition marketing experience (ideally handling campaign budgets of 50k USD+ with proven campaign optimization capabilities).
A desire to learn.
