ABOUT BRAND MARKETING, CONSUMER BEAUTY BRANDS
At COTY, we are currently undergoing a transformation process that will allow us to unleash the full potential of our Consumer Beauty brands. Our new Marketing philosophy, founded on the Art of Beauty and the Science of Marketing, will guide us through this journey to rediscover the primacy of our brands while leveraging the power and freedom that comes from focus and discipline.
As the Marketing Intern, you will join the Consumer Beauty Marketing team, supporting the brand marketing team in the development and execution of brand plans that deliver business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and managing the marketing plans and operations of high growth potential channels including e-commerce, premium outlets etc.
Developing and driving monthly promotional plans from ideation to execution to drive targeted monthly sales.
Preparing and analysing sales reports/dashboards from e-tailer/retailer.
Managing and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of campaign/plan, including regional and local cross divisional teams in marketing, sales, demand planning and finance team.
Developing advertising design, displays and marketing materials to support all marketing activities (online & offline) and ensure timely launch of campaigns.
Managing brand assets including campaign toolkits and social media to be used for multi-channel marketing plans.
Managing and monitoring expenses and ROI from campaigns and plans.
Proposing and driving inventory management solutions for sales uplift and profit contribution.
Supporting the brand marketing team in all day-to-day marketing operations and responsibilities.
WE’D LOVE TO SEE CANDIDATES WHO ARE:
Undergraduate student, able to commit for at least 3-6 months for a full-time internship.
Proficient in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skill, and demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated, strong learning aptitude and work ethic.
Proactive in problem solving with strong criticial thinking skills.
Fresh, dynamic and enthusiastic personality.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty.
