JOB SCOPE
Design, curate and implement effective digital/social media marketing campaigns and/or plan specific, timely campaigns.
Create, plan, and launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, etc to increase company and brand awareness.
Translate complex ideas into useful and visually appealing content on digital/social media platforms.
Create/curate attractive and high-quality content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn.
Build and maintain the Company’s social media channels and e-commerce websites by creating and curating high level, quality print, and multi-media content using keyword optimization and search engine optimization.
Manage all e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, 11street, Qoo10, etc.
Update all product’s price information regularly.
Handle customer’s inquiries and response management of all online comments, reviews, and messages according to approved service level agreement (SLA)
Responsible for web-related marketing and communications projects.
Track and analyze socials and website traffic flow including providing regular internal reports.
Provide regular analysis of website/social media traffic data and monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Prepare dashboard and regular reporting to the Management.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma in Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing, planning, and advertising.
Have a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Highly experienced with B2C social media, Google Adwords, keyword search, and Google Analytics.
Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and etc)
Proficient in search engine optimization (SEO) matters and digital marketing trends.
Possesses good and functional knowledge of WordPress.
Excellent in writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
