Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Specialist

Job Scope:

Handle client request and provide appropriate solutions
Always follow up with client to ensure client satisfaction
Understand company’s services and be able to present to potential clients
Build sustainable relationship with clients through open & interactive communication

Requirements:

Must have a Diploma and above in any field
At least 2-3 years of working experience
Possess good communication skill and interpersonal skill
